Sattleru prezentirani ‘Principi za izmjene Ustava BiH’

Predstavnici nevladinih i organizacija civilnog društva sastali su se danas u Sarajevu sa šefom Delegacije EU u BiH Johannom Sattlerom.
Sastanku su prisustvovali predstavnici Vijeća kongresa bošnjačkih intelektualaca (VKBI), Hrvatskog narodnog vijeća (HNV) BiH, Srpskog građanskog vijeća (SGV) i Foruma parlamentaraca BiH 1990, kao i još nekih organizacija civilnog društva.
Tom prilikom Sattleru su uručeni Principi za izmjene Ustava BiH, kao i otvoreno pismo pismo međunarodnim zvaničnicima. Šef Delegacuje EU je dao punu podršku organizacijama civilnog društva te je postignuta i visoka saglasnost oko prezentiranih Principa.
Predstavnici civilnog društva su tokom sastanka izrazili razočarenje neprincipijelnom politikom EU te su uputili zahtjev za jasnijom i preciznijom politikom EU, posebno u implementaciji presuda sudova UN-a i Evropskog suda za ljudska prava. Zatraženo je i da se Komitet EU upozna sa Principima i otvorenim pitanjima.
Sattler je iskazao punu saglasnost da se sve presude Evropskog suda za ljudska prava moraju implementirati i da je to stav Delegacije EU.
Podsjetimo, Principi za izmjene Ustava BiH, koje je dosad podržalo više od 18.000 bh. građana putem web aplikacije www.izmjeneustava.com, kao i pomenuto pismo nešto ranije uručeni su i bivšem, ali i aktuelnom visokom predstavniku u BiH Christianu Schwarz-Schillingu i Christianu Schmidtu te europarlamentarcima iz Njemačke i Holandije.
