SAD i EU pojačavaju ofanzivu u BiH: U fokusu sankcije i Izborni zakon

Sedmica u koju ulazimo biće obilježena snažnom diplomatskom aktivnosti SAD-a i EU po pitanju krize u BIH uzrokovane blokadama iz RS.
Chollet u Sarajevu
U BiH danas stiže Derek Chollet savjetnik američkog državnog sekretara Anthonyja Blinkena. On će tokom posjete potvrditi američku podršku suverenitetu i teritorijalnom integritetu Bosne i Hercegovine i pozvati političke lidere da se uključe u konstruktivan dijalog.
Iz State Departmenta je navedeno da će se Chollet tokom posjete sastati sa visokorangiranim zvaničnicima kako bi prenio poruku da su funkcionalne, demokratske institucije na svim nivoima vlasti ključne za bolju budućnost svih građana.
“Chollet će prenijeti snažnu poruku da bilo kakvi pokušaji ometanja 26-godišnjeg mira i napretka, kroz povlačenje iz institucija na nivou Bosne i Hercegovine, mogu predstavljati kršenje Dejtonskog sporazuma, otežati život građana i biti veoma odbojni za investitore, a mogu i da predstavljaju ozbiljnu brigu za međunarodnu zajednicu”, saopćeno je.
Chollet će se sastati i sa visokim predstavnikom Christianom Schmidtom te tako izraziti podršku SAD-a za njegovo imenovanje i mandat na funkciji visokog predstavnika.
Brisel o Sankcijama
Ministri vanjskih poslova EU ċe na današnje sastanku raspravljati o prilikama na Z. Balkanu, sa posebnim fokusom na BiH.
U pripremljenom dokumentu spominje se produbljavanje političke krize u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Njemačka je insistirala da Bosna i Hercegovina bude glavni fokus na raspravi. Diplomatski izvori su potvrdili da je iz Berlina najavljeno da bi šef njemačke diplomatije spomenuo moguċnost sankcija protiv politčara u bh. entitetu Republici Srpskoj koji izjavama i akcijama ugrožavaju Daytonski sporazum.
Njemačku bi trebala pratiti i Holandija, a upravo su eurozastupnici ove dvije članice EU, Tineke Strik i Dietmar Koster, boravili u BiH tokom sedmice. Oboje su iznijeli jasan stav da bi EU trebala uvesti konkretne sankcije Dodiku, a ako u EU ne može biti saglasnosti da to onda trebaju uraditi pojedinačno države članice.
Kako prenosi RSE, pitanje sankcija je veoma kompleksno i zahtijeva široku raspravu unutar EU te konsenzus među državama članicama, stoga se na satanku 15. novembra ne mogu očekivati odluke osim takozvanog „opipavanja terena” kako bi Brisel mogao reagovati ako Milorad Dodik, član Predsjedništva BiH, nastavi sa akcijama.
„Neprihvatljiva, huškačka retorika koja dovodi u pitanje teritorijalni integritet, jedinstvo i suverenitet zemlje doprinijela je povećanju tenzija na terenu”, ističe se u dokumentu te dodaje da su državne institucije sada „efektivno blokirane”, navodi se u dokumentu.
U dokumentu šefova diplomatija zemalja članica EU se navodi da treba učiniti sve kako bi se očuvala stabilnost BiH.
„Prije svega, hitno je potrebno stvoriti odgovarajući prostor za rješenje zasnovano na dijalogu kako bi BiH napredovala na svom evropskom putu”, navodi se u dokumentu, te dodaje da je neophodno nastaviti zajedničke napore na nivou EU i SAD, jer je bliska koordinacija veoma važna.
Izborni zakon
U narednih nekoliko dana nastavljaju se i razgovori o Izbornom zakonu BiH, a u našu zemlju ponovo dolaze američki i evropski zvaničnkci Matthew Palmer i Angelina Eichhorst.
Prema pisanju IrishCentrala, američkog medija posvećeog informiranju Amerikanaca irskog porijekla, prdsjednik SAD Joe Biden sastao se sa Matthew Palmerom prošle sedmice u Glasgowu uprkos gustom rasporedu. Tema je bila upravo BiH.
