Ministrica vanjskih poslova BiH Bisera Turković oštro je reagovala na današnju presudu Višeg suda u Beogradu protiv bivšeg pripadnika Armije Republike Bosne i Hercegovine Osmana Osmanovića, kojom je on osuđen na pet godina zatvora.Kako je na svom Facebook profilu napisala Turković, presuda u Beogradu protiv Osmana Osmanovića, bivšeg borca Armije RBiH, je “sramna”.
“Bosna i Hercegovina je sa punim pravom tražila od Srbije da se predmet ustupi bh. pravosuđu, u skladu sa potpisanim protokolom. Ovo je novi težak udarac normalizaciji odnosa u regiji i to u veoma osjetljivom trenutku. Nepravda prema jednom čovjeku nepravda je prema svima nama”, napisala je Turković.
Podsjećamo, Sudsko vijeće Višeg suda u Beogradu danas je prvostepeno osudilo Osmana Osmanovića na pet godina zatvora. Osmanović je bio optužen za ratni zločin na području Brčkog.
Osmanović, bivši pripadnik Armije Republike Bosne i Hercegovine (ARBiH) se tereti za zlostavljanje civila i ratnih zarobljenika 1992. u logoru Rasadnik u mjestu Gornji Rahić na području Brčkog .
