Lovrinović: Nije problem ni odgoditi izbore mjesec-dva

Poslanik u Predstavničkom domu Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine Nikola Lovrinović (HDZ BiH) danas je u Sarajevu izjavio novinarima da on nema pravo da odustaje od mogućnosti da se izborni proces dovede u zakonitu formu.
Nemam pravo ni kao zastupnik, ni kao predstavnik određene političke opcije. Mi mislimo da se izmjene Izbornog zakona moraju dogoditi u onim dijelovima koji se odnose na odluke Ustavnog suda i Suda u Strazburu. Mislimo da još uvijek ima vremena za to. Očekujemo i nadamo se i koliko ja znam, još uvijek ima silnica i u Evropskom parlamentu i od kolega iz Evropskog parlamenta, Evropske komisije i međunarodnih predstavnika da se to ipak dogodi. Dakle, da uđemo u jednom normalnom procesu u izborni proces, ako se do toga dođe – kazao je Lovrinović.
Dodao je kako ne može ni pretpostaviti što će se dogoditi ako do toga ne dođe, “ako izborni proces krene, a da nemamo implementiranu odluku Ustavnog suda koji je izbrisao određene članke po kojim se ne može implementirati ono što se dogodi na izborima kad je u pitanju Dom naroda Federacije BiH, pa onda i Dom naroda BiH, pa i izvršna vlast”.
Naveo je kako bi volio da se to ne dogodi.
– Situacija nije nimalo sad jednostavna, a poslije toga, ako se to tako dogodi, mislim da će biti još složenija i još neizvjesnija šta će biti u nekom novom mandatu. Dakle, nema razloga, ako se došlo toliko blizu, a jeste, svi sudinici to govore, da toliko malo toga fali da se to dogovori. Sve se to može u nekoliko dana, ako je to tako – kazao je Lovrinović.
Očekuje „da se to dogovori, da se izmijeni to i da se ispoštuje odluka Ustavnog suda, da imamo rješenje kako se popunjavaju domovi naroda”.
Lovrinović je napomenuo da je prije mjesec-dva bilo poruka i od predstavnika međunarodne zajednice i od domaćih političkih aktera da, “ako je na stolu nešto što rješava pitanje, nije problem ni odgoditi izbore mjesec-dva, koliko već treba, ako će pitanje biti riješeno i ako ćemo ući u jedan mandat koji onda neće imati ovu vrstu neuralgičnih pitanja koja ima sada”.
– Ne vidim razloga da se i to ne dogodi. Čak i zakonska mogućnost postoji mjesec dana. Mislim da je to bolje, da će to izazvati manje problema, nego problemi koje ćemo imati ako uđemo u nezakonit izborni proces – smatra Lovrinović.
