– Poštovani građani Bosne i Hercegovine iz reda svih naroda i nacionalnih manjina,
Prije nepunih mjesec dana organizacije civilnog društva Vijeće Kongresa bošnjačkih intelektualaca, Hrvatskog narodnog vijeća, Srpskog građanskog vijeća i Foruma parlamentaraca BiH 1990 usaglasile su Principe za izmjene Ustava BiH te ponudli aplikaciju www.izmjeneustava.com putem koje smo pozvali građane Bosne i Hercegovine da iskažu svoju podršku. Do danas smo dobili podršku više od 27.500 građana Bosne i Hercegovine, iz oba entiteta, Brčko Distrikta, dijaspore, iz svih naroda, nacionalnih manjina, različitih političkih stranaka. Naš cilj je imati podršku minimalno 100.000 građana BiH.
Kao čovjek bogatog političkog iskustva čija je politička sudbina vezana za moju Domovinu, a koji nema drugu niti rezervnu državu osim voljene Bosne i Hercegovine, pozivam Vas da još snažnije date podršku našim usaglašenim Principima, koji su utemeljeni na presudama međunarodnih i domaćih sudova, mišljenja Venecijnaske komisije iz 2005. godine, putem web aplikacije www.izmjeneustava.com
Vaša podrška nam je neophodna jer glas građana BiH, bez obzira iz kojeg naroda ili nacionalne manjine dolazi se ne čuje, tih je, a danas je potreban gotovo kao i 1. marta 1992. godine kada su se građani Bosne i Hercegovine, prvi i do sada jedini put, pitali za sudbinu svoje Domovine Bosne i Hercegovine. Vaš glas osnažiće ulogu naših organizacija i susretima koje imamo sa domaćim i međunarodnim zvaničnicima.
Našim organizacijama je podrška neophodna jer želimo da Principi za izmjene Ustava BiH, koji sasvim jasno postavljaju čovjeka-građanina u fokus po uzoru na sve demokratske evropske države, a nude i rješavanje etničkih (narodnih) pitanja, budu osnova svim političkim predstavnicima u Parlamentarnoj Skupštini BiH ali i predstavnicima međunarodne zajednice za sve buduće pregovore o izmjenama Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine. Principi za izmjene Ustava BiH su međunarodno pravna obaveza i jedina alternativa za bolju budućnost nas i naših potomaka u Bosni i Hercegovini.
