Zamjenik predsjedavajućeg Doma naroda Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine Bakir Izetbegović je tokom 2021. godine ispunio zakonski uvjet od 65 godina života, ali nije penzionisan, …
… niti mu je izdato rješenje o prestanku radnog odnosa, saopćeno je iz njegovog kabineta u povodom medijskih napisa o toj temi.
Samim tim mu, navedeno je u saopćenju, nije isplaćena ni otpremnina u skladu sa Odlukom o načinu i postupku ostvarivanja prava na otpremninu prilikom odlaska u penziju u institucijama Bosne i Hercegovine.
Rješenje i odluku treba da donese Zajednička komisija za administrativne poslove Parlamentarne skupštine BiH, koja nije zasjedala zbog blokade rada državnih institucija.
Prema tumačenju nadležnih službi, ne postoji zakonski osnov po kojem bi se Izetbegović mogao dobrovoljno odreći otpremnine. Kada Komisija donese rješenje, otpremnina će u punom iznosu biti usmjerena u svrhe u koje Izetbegović redovno izdvaja značajan dio svojih primanja, kao podršku udruženjima i pojedincima, saopćeno je iz Kabineta zamjenika predsjedavajućeg Doma naroda PSBiH Bakira Izetbegovića.
