HRS podnio krivičnu prijavu protiv Džaferovića zbog negiranja navodnih zločina Armije BiH

Hrvatska republikanska stranka (HRS) na čelu sa Slavenom Ragužom podnijela je krivičnu prijavu protiv člana Predsjedništva BiH Šefika Džaferovića zbog, kako je navedeno, izazivanja mržnje i netrpeljivosti.Kako su rekli iz iz HRS-a Džaferović je 17. novembra u Jablanici izjavio kako iza Armije BiH nisu ostale masovne grobnice i logori.
Ove izjave, prema mišljenju HRS-a, nisu istinite, jer postoji više pravosnažnih presuda koje potvrđuju suprotno.
“Činjenica da prijavljena osoba obavlja funkciju člana Predsjedništva predstavlja otežavajuću okolnost, što ovo krivično djelo čini naročito teškim, a što je zakonodavac jasno odredio”, kažu iz HRS-a.
Dodali su da je licemjerno i sramotno od političkih zvaničnika bošnjačkog naroda negirati zločine koje je počinila Armija BiH.
“Kako može doći ikada do istinskog pomirenja, ako negiramo ono što je istina, upirući konstantno u drugog i druge? Odgovornost je tim viša zbog činjenice da ti isti zvaničnici obavljaju najviše državne funkcije”, ističu.
“Stavljamo na test objektivnost i nepristranost Tužilaštva BiH”, zaključuju iz ove stranke.
Podsjećamo boravak Šefika Džaferovića u Koloni sjećanja za Vukovar, prije dva dana, nije naišao na odobravanje pojedinih političkih predstavnika Hrvata u BiH.
